02 Alumni Weekends: Fall Women’s Matches & Fundraising Events

On September 12, join your fellow OURAA members in Austin for the OU-Texas game.On October 10 at 11 AM, catch us in Norman at the OU vs. UTSA match. There will be socials following both games and fundraisers to support the team: Silent Auction – We’re seeking donations for the auction (think old Roses gear, rugby jerseys, etc.). Contact OURAA or Bethany ‘Beezer’ Grissom with donations to add to the auction. T-Shirt Design Competition – Share your creativity and design the next OU Women’s Rugby t-shirt. Send all  graphic designs by Sept. 19 to: ourugby.roses@gmail.com

04 Congrats to  Deena Telley on TRU Hall of Fame Induction

Special congratulations to OURAA’s Vice President Deena Telley on her Texas Rugby Union Hall of Fame induction. The ceremony took place in late August in North Texas. Deena was recognized for her tremendous contributions to growing women’s rugby in Texas.

Supporting our athletes means keeping costs low for players while setting our sights high. To be fully transparent with our community, the below budget outlines where our money goes and what we are raising funds for this season. Help us reach our $13,650 goal for the season.
